Business moves in a city that was not built for vans
Manchester is our home patch. We move offices, install new furniture and clear floors for refurbs across the city and the rest of Greater Manchester, from the towers round Spinningfields to the units on Trafford Park.
Every job has a named move manager who plans it, talks you through it before the day and stays your one point of contact. Bigger jobs get team leaders on site as well. The aim is simple: your staff back at their desks with as little downtime as we can manage. Fast. Controlled. Safe.
What we are called in for
Office and business relocations
Desks, pedestals, storage, IT and archive moved floor to floor or site to site. Crates on hire for the packing, and IT handled by the crew.
Fit-out and furniture installation
New furniture taken off the wagon, carried up, built and set out to the floor plan. Packaging cleared as we go so the floor is handed back ready to work in.
Strip-outs and clearances
Offices, apartments and whole floors cleared ahead of a refurb. Waste separated on site, and waste transfer notes on request. Registered waste carrier CBDU606441.
2-man delivery crews, B2B and B2C
Two trained lads and a Luton van for suppliers and retailers who need bulky goods taken into an office or a customer's home, carried in and placed where you want it.
What we sort before the day
Loading bays and lift slots, booked
Towers around Spinningfields, Piccadilly and Salford Quays want a bay booked and the goods lift reserved. We deal with building management before the day so the slot is held, not argued about on it.
No goods lift? We bring the kit
Converted mills and older buildings round the Northern Quarter and Ancoats often have one small lift or none. We check what is there on the site visit and bring stair-climbers and sack trucks for the rest.
Vans that fit the street
We run Luton vans, not lorries, so we get onto the side streets and into the yards a bigger vehicle cannot. Bigger jobs get more vans and more crew, not a wagon that cannot get near the door.
Planned before anyone lifts
A site visit after the brief, then the plan built job by job: crew size, van runs, lift slots. Price agreed in writing before it is booked, and anything outside the scope agreed with you before it is done.
