Racking installed and stock back on the shelves in 2 days
A manufacturer and supplier was moving to a new unit. Its racking had to come down at the old site, go back up at the new one, and have the stock back on the shelves with as little downtime as possible.
The Challenge
Every hour the racking was down was an hour the business couldn't pick or ship orders.
The Approach
We completed the racking installation at the new unit, building every bay ready for stock.
Working alongside the main contractor, we also took the racking down at the old site, moved it and the stock across two vans, and loaded the stock back onto the new shelves.
The Result
Downtime was kept short and the job finished on time. The client was happy with the job.
