Built around short notice
Blackpool does not work like anywhere else on this coast. A lot of the property is rented, let by the room or let by the week, so the calls we get from landlords, letting agents and businesses here are rarely booked eight weeks out. It is a tenancy ending on Friday, a let that has to be ready before the weekend, or a building that needs clearing before work starts.
Our Lytham base is close enough to make that workable. Same crew, same vans, no travel premium, and enough local knowledge to know a promenade job in August is a different job from the same one in February.

Tenancy changeovers for landlords
Old tenant out, place cleared, new tenant in, often inside the same week. Tell us the check-out date and we will work back from it.
HMO and holiday-let clearances
Room-by-room clearances where the rest of the building stays occupied and in use. We work around the other tenants rather than blocking the whole place off.
Office and business moves
Desks, storage and IT moved across town or out to the wider Fylde, planned with a site visit and priced in writing before anything is booked.
2-man delivery, B2B and B2C
Two trained lads and a Luton van for bulky goods, carried in and placed where you want it, tight doorways included.
A note on the season
Between the Illuminations and the summer holidays, central Blackpool gets hard to park a van in, and the promenade end of town can be closed off at short notice for events. If your job falls in that window it is worth calling early. We can usually still do it, but an earlier start makes the difference.
