Relocore were tasked with clearing out a full office at a large commercial site in Leeds. The building presented a significant challenge: 9 flights of stairs and zero lift access. What followed was a masterclass in planning, teamwork, and determination.
The Challenge
With heavy office furniture, IT equipment and general commercial waste spread across 10 floors (including the underground layer!) the project required careful planning, strong manpower and efficient execution to avoid any delays or disruption.
The lack of elevator access meant every single item had to be carried down 9 flights of stairs by hand - a physically demanding task that would test even the most experienced removal teams.
