Charity Office Relocation - Newcastle
A whole office held in one room until the new floor was ready
A charity was moving to a new building, but its own floor wasn't ready on moving day. The whole office had to move anyway and be held safely on a spare floor in the new building until the space was finished.
The Challenge
It all had to fit into one dedicated room, with walkways kept clear and certain items still reachable, so the charity could still get to what it needed while it waited.
The Approach
Working alongside the main contractor, we moved the desks, pedestals, tall cupboards, chairs and crated contents, then built them into tight, planned blocks with walkways left through the room.
We stored crates inside the cupboards to save space.
The Result
Finished on time, with everything in one room and easy to reach. The client was happy with the job.
